Hot yoga studio: The lava plate from Sakurajima, Kagoshima Prefecture is laid and used on the floor. It effect excellently and keep body warm from the inside by the far infrared rays of lava stones. The lava contains plenty of minerals and minus ions and is absorbed by the body from the skin and breathing. You can get and excellent relaxation effect. Five lessons are offered daily. Beginners are welcome to join the lessons. First time trial promotion price as ¥ 1,000 (tax included). Reservation is required.
